Stories of the Stars, LLC is the contracting party for paid readings, consultations, subscriptions, and digital products offered through its website, unless a different contracting party is expressly identified before a transaction.

EK Enterprises Collective LLC may separately own, publish, license, or distribute certain content or intellectual property. References to EK Enterprises Collective LLC do not, by themselves, make that entity a party to a customer transaction with Stories of the Stars, LLC.

Each company retains its respective legal rights and obligations.

3. Permitted Use

You may access and use our website and content for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific conditions.

You may not:

• Unlawfully copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially exploit protected content.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish purchased readings or digital products without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Astrology readings, horoscopes, forecasts, predictions, natal chart interpretations, spiritual perspectives, courses, videos, and related materials are provided for informational, educational, entertainment, and personal-reflection purposes.

Astrology is an interpretive practice. No reading or prediction guarantees any particular future event, personal outcome, relationship result, financial result, or other circumstance.

Our content is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals for decisions requiring specialized expertise.

Do not disregard professional advice, delay seeking care, or discontinue prescribed treatment based on astrology-related content.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content owned by Stories of the Stars, LLC is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Content owned by EK Enterprises Collective LLC or another third party remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.

Purchasing or accessing content does not transfer copyright ownership. Any license granted to a customer is limited to the rights expressly stated in the applicable product description or agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We disclaim express or implied warranties only to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Although we may review content for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every person's circumstances.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or the continuous availability of external links and third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability and Fee-Based Liability Cap

7.1 Excluded categories of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stories of the Stars, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or reliance upon our website, astrology content, readings, videos, courses, or digital products.

This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not eliminate mandatory consumer remedies.

7.2 Liability cap for paid services

For a claim arising from a particular paid reading, consultation, or other paid service, the total aggregate liability of Stories of the Stars, LLC for that claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Stories of the Stars, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

For a claim arising from a paid digital product, the corresponding cap shall be the amount actually paid to Stories of the Stars, LLC for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Where a purchase includes multiple separately identifiable services or products, the cap will be determined by reference to the portion of the purchase price reasonably attributable to the service or product giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a service or product was provided without charge, this fee-based cap does not apply. Other limitations may apply to free content to the extent permitted by law.

7.3 Exceptions

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The limitations in this section do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies, or any other nonwaivable protection under applicable law.

7.4 Application and interpretation

The liability limitations in these Terms are intended to apply only to the maximum extent permitted by the law applicable to the relevant claim.

The existence of a liability cap does not guarantee that a court or regulatory authority will enforce it in every circumstance.

8. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stories of the Stars, LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent directly arising from your unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's intellectual property or other legal rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the negligence, willful misconduct, breach of contract, or other unlawful conduct of the party seeking indemnification, where applicable law so requires.

Stories of the Stars, LLC will provide reasonable notice of a claim for which indemnification is sought, to the extent legally permissible.

No settlement may impose an admission of wrongdoing, nonmonetary obligation, or continuing liability on an indemnifying party without that party's consent.

Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify Stories of the Stars, LLC for liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred to that consumer.

9. Third-Party Content and Links

Our website, videos, publications, and other materials may contain links to, embeds from, references to, or materials supplied by third parties, including websites, social media platforms, video services, software providers, and external resources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not control third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, security, or continued accessibility. A link or reference does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, partnership, or warranty.

1. Contracting Party

Stories of the Stars, LLC is the contracting party for paid readings, consultations, subscriptions, and digital products sold through its website, unless a different contracting party is expressly identified before purchase.

2. Product Description and Pricing

Before purchasing, customers will be shown the applicable product or service description, price, currency, applicable taxes, and material purchase conditions.

Customers authorize the selected payment method to be charged the amount disclosed at checkout.

Any recurring payment, renewal period, or cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment.

3. Personalized Astrology Readings

Personalized astrology readings are interpretive services based on information supplied by the customer and the scope of the purchased service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for the reading, including birth details when requested.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reading does not guarantee a particular event, prediction, relationship outcome, financial result, or other personal outcome.

Purchasing a reading or digital product grants the customer a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials for personal purposes, unless the product description expressly grants additional rights.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly publish, or commercially exploit purchased materials without written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

8. Liability Cap Incorporated into Purchase Terms

The Limitation of Liability and Fee-Based Liability Cap in Part I, Section 7, is incorporated into these Paid Reading and Digital Product Terms to the extent it is legally effective and applicable to the relevant transaction.

For a claim arising from a particular paid reading or consultation, the proposed aggregate liability cap is the amount actually paid to Stories of the Stars, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

For a claim arising from a particular paid digital product, the proposed aggregate liability cap is the amount actually paid to Stories of the Stars, LLC for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Where a purchase includes multiple separately identifiable services or products, the allocation provision in Part I, Section 7, applies to the extent permitted by law.

This cap does not apply where its application would violate mandatory law. It does not exclude or limit fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

By proceeding with a purchase, the customer will be given an opportunity to review the applicable purchase terms and any required liability provisions before completing the transaction. Where appropriate, affirmative acceptance will be obtained at checkout.

10. Mandatory Consumer Rights

The Privacy Policy governs the handling of personal information. The Paid Reading and Digital Product Terms govern relevant purchase conditions. The liability cap in Part I, Section 7, is expressly referenced in Part III, Section 8.

Where applicable law requires a particular term to be presented separately or accepted affirmatively, the Company will provide the required notice or acceptance mechanism.

2. Severability

If a provision is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply where legally permissible.
